Program description
Tucker Industries sends text messages to customers, prospective customers, and job applicants who opt in. Messages you may receive include:
- Quote and inquiry follow-ups: responses to quote requests and questions you submit.
- Order and delivery alerts: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, driver arrival times, and scheduling changes.
- Account notifications: account, invoice, and customer service messages.
- Applicant updates: for job and driver applicants, messages about your application, interviews, and onboarding.
We do not send promotional or marketing text messages under this program.
